This is the first step. Knowing who you are, at your essence, is key to unlocking vitality and bringing your best self into every situation. This is achieved by:

  • – Discovering Your WHY
  • – Identifying your top three, prioritized values
  • – Weeding out thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that sabotage your desires
  • – Seeding by exploring the states (e.g. joy, love, abundance) you want to create, not the ‘stuff’ (but here’s the kicker, when you create the emotional states throughout the day, you magnetize the stuff), and
  • – Unlocking your unique gifts, skills, and value (if you can’t articulate your value, you’re often not valued)

The above creates a strong foundation to catapult your success.

CONFIDENCE

Confidence accelerates success. Without it, we revert to fear, worry, and doubt making us tentative in taking action or making decisions…”Hello, procrastination!”

Now that you’ve gained clarity,  you become more competent in being YOU. The more you honor Your WHY, values, and states, the more you become solid in who you are as a person.

In psychology, this is known as the ‘confidence/competence loop’. Most people think of this in reference to skills, the more you practice something, the better you get, the more confident you become.

I’ve just applied the same concept to the practice of being YOU!  When your thoughts and behaviors are aligned, your authenticity grows. Basically, you turn into the ‘CEO of Me’.

  • – Honoring, and acting on, the clarity you discovered
  • – Developing a roadmap on how to journey from the life you’ve created to-date to the person you’re transforming into. Warning! Some around you might not like it.
  • – Keeping promises to yourself. How often will you do things for others, but not yourself…crazy right?!
  • – Using neuroscience to program continuous improvement to level-up happiness, fulfillment, and success

COURAGE

One of the biggest courage wins clients express is simply the courage to live a life true to themselves, not the life others expect of them, being able to express themselves freely, and with grace.

These can be small or big steps, from saying, “No” more often to saying, “Yes” to joy (you wouldn’t believe how many people push happiness away).  Or, changing careers, leaving a dissatisfying relationship, or setting up a charity. The pursuit of courage is the opportunity to bring your best self into every situation and live-large.

Common strategies employed:

  • – Unlock and expand your comfort zone by leaning into opportunities.
  • – Investing the time to access inspiration. Most people are so busy doing, that they miss out on opportunities to enhance their lives, and consciously contribute to others.
  • – Developing rituals instead of routines. Maintenance and growth are key. Rituals are nourishing practices that enhance your life instead of just another thing to do.
