GROUP COACHING
90-minute group session every 4-weeks. Participants can attend in person at the client’s venue, or virtually via video-conferencing. The sessions below can be adapted to your needs.
ONLINE
License Madisen’s online program for your organization, or get her to adapt the message to your environment and record a version.
1-on-1
Face-to-face or virtual sessions with Madisen. These are bespoke sessions.
A PROGRAM FOR LIFE
Here are three questions I constantly ask myself, and I invite you to contemplate your answers:
- “Have I gone all in?” I refuse to live a ‘loop-hole’ life. So I’m going to make sure I give 150%. Only then will I decide to persist, or get off the roller-coaster.
- “Will I have any regrets?” If “Yes”, I make it a priority to live a regret-free life. If, “No”, onwards and upwards!
- “If not now, when?” Oh, the procrastination, sabotage, and distractions uncovered by this one question.

Session Format
The program is applied to one business, and one personal, ambition.
And comprises the following format:
Educate
Madisen teaches the practices the session focuses on.
Activate
Participants are given ‘playwork’ to activate the session’s concepts.

1. C3 Quotient
The best way to celebrate your progress is to compare it to where you came from.
Your C3 Quotient is a introspective questionnaire on your current clarity, confidence, and courage experience.
You’ll do another one at the end of your Quantum Superstar journey to celebrate your inversion investment.
2. Coaching questionnaire
Participants say they love doing the questionnaire as it’s one of the first times they’ve actually given themselves some space to invest in their lives; where they are, where they’ve come from, and where they’re going.
