One of the quickest ways to determine your superpowers is via behavioral testing and what others say about you. I love Gallup 34 CliftonStrengths, so I thought I’d share my top five strengths with you.

But before I do, here’s what’s interesting: aaaaallllll the way down at number 29 of 34 is ‘empathy’; you’d think that’s not ideal for someone in my game, right? Well, it works just fine with my Conscious 1%ers.

Those strong on empathy can sense other people’s feelings by imagining themselves in others’ lives or situations. But here’s the thing: I don’t want to do that. My clients are coming to me to help them overcome their challenges; why would I want to tap into that? But I will offer them clearing techniques and positive, propelling perspectives so we can both imagine and co-create their desired life.

Trust me, I’m not callous in my approach; I just know that ‘energy flows where attention goes,’ and I don’t want to invest either of our energy going in a direction that doesn’t serve you. I’m here to weed and seed with you.

Sure, I’ll allow a 10-minute pity party to ‘get it out’ as it’s important to purge, clear it and get on with it. My gift isn’t, “I see. I understand.
